Site Inspection & Installation
Free or paid site visits are scheduled based on your location.
Installation timelines are provided after technical approval.
Any delays due to weather, government process, or third-party approvals will be communicated.
Pricing and Quotes
All prices shared are approximate unless stated as final in a signed quotation.
Prices may vary depending on: Panel brand & model Site structure and wiring needs Subsidy approval and grid connection
Any quotation is valid for 7 days unless otherwise mentioned.
Government Subsidy Support
We support customers in applying for government subsidies like PM Surya Ghar Yojana or state-level schemes.
Approval is fully dependent on eligibility and local authority guidelines. We are not responsible for rejections.
Warranty & Maintenance
Most solar panels carry a manufacturer warranty of 20–25 years.
Inverter and battery warranty may vary by brand (usually 3–10 years).
We offer 1-year limited service support on new installations.
Extended AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) can be purchased.
Payment Policy
Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Balance amount must be cleared before or during installation.
Accepted methods: UPI, Net Banking, Cheque, or Cash.
Late payments may delay installation or service schedules.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate location details for site visits.
Ensure roof/surface area is safe for technicians to work.
Cooperate during wiring or grid-tie setup (if required).
Read and approve your quotation before work begins.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may receive a full/partial refund.
Cancellation after installation process begins may incur a service charge.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Use of Customer Data
Your name, phone number, email, or address will be used only for service
We never sell or share your data with third parties.
You may request deletion of your data anytime by contacting us.
Legal & Liability
All services are provided as per Indian legal standards.
In case of disputes, jurisdiction will be under the courts of Tamil Nadu.
We are not liable for damage due to natural disasters, third-party installations, or tampering.
